If you don't have Netscape you can't see it, but the 5000 blinks for those lucky folks who aren't surfing via AOL or Internet Explorer.
FB, I am so glad there is someone out there who is clueless like me. I still have no idea what a blink tag is, but I think I have crappy Internet Explorer, so alas I will never know the true glory of whatever it is.
